- This is hypochormic microcytic anemia condition
- Hypochormic as central pallor zone increased in most red cells
- Microcytic as cells are smaller than normal
- Anisocytosis (variation in size)
- Poikilocytosis (variation in shape)
- Common causes of Hypochromic/Microcytic Anemia is Iron defiency anemia and Thalasimia
